Swan Creek is five minutes pavement walk from the centre of Kinsale.

It is a luxury single storey building (120 M²) with its own patio, garage and parking on a hill overlooking the extension to Kinsale Harbour known as ‘Scilly dam.’

• There is a spacious modern kitchen with state of the art facilities, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, two electric ovens with four electric hobs, microwave oven, and a dining table and chairs that can accommodate eight.
• The lounge is beautifully appointed, with radio, satellite TV and a Swedish (Jotl) stove (wood and turf briquettes only), two couches and an easy chair.
• The patio looks south with views over the harbour and town, and has wooden table and chairs for relaxation and casual dining. It is reached directly from the kitchen, and also from the master bedroom.
• The master bedroom has a king sized bed, with en suite toilet and shower, as well as a large walk-in closet.
• The second bedroom is twin-bedded, but these can be joined, and the bathroom (includes toilet, bath and shower) is adjacent.
• The third is a single bedroom, with the option of an additional pull out bed. It has a desk built into a bay window, ideal for catching up on correspondence.
• The utility room has a washing machine, toilet and sink.
• The garage can accommodate a car, contains a large tumble drier, and is also the storage area for turf briquettes used in the Jotl stove. It or the utility room can also be used to store golf clubs.
• There is oil-fired central heating (free).
• Wireless Network broadband access for guest laptop (must have a Wireless Network Device)

The house accommodates 5-6 people, suitable for a family, or up to three couples.

Notice over 6 months we refund 90% of deposit
Notice over 3 months, we refund 50% of deposit
Notice less than 3 months we retain all of deposit
Holiday insurance is recommended to cover any change of plans.

Access

Cork airport (30 minutes). Many low fare flights from 14 UK airports and from 17 European continental airports – see www.corkairport.ie for details.
Ringaskiddy Ferryport (30 minutes) service from Swansea in Wales and Roscoff in Brittany.

If driving from Cork city or airport direction, pass the ‘Welcome to Kinsale’ sign on left. Continue about 300 metres and pass Texaco garage on right. A further 250 metres brings you to ‘Swan Creek’ on the left, opposite Featherbed lane. Back into the parking bay at front of house.
